Browser-Based 3D Factory Simulation Platform

STATUS: ACTIVE
MAY 2026 — PRESENT · Solo project
  • DIGITAL TWIN
  • SIMULATION
  • WEB

A browser-based 3D digital-twin platform where you drag and drop industrial machines onto a floor, wire them into production lines, and watch simulated sensor data stream in real time.

  • Architected the full drag-and-drop floor editor and line-wiring model, with live sensor telemetry rendered in the browser.
  • Modeled per-machine sensor signals with stochastic processes — Ornstein-Uhlenbeck noise and thermal-lag dynamics — tuned to real datasheet specifications.
  • Built a flow engine with discrete-unit buffers and bottleneck/starvation mechanics so line throughput behaves the way a real floor does.

2-Axis Pen Plotter (CNC-Style Drawing Machine)

STATUS: COMPLETE
MAY 2026 — JUL 2026 · Team of 2
  • MECHANICAL DESIGN
  • FUSION 360
  • 3D PRINTING

A 2-axis pen plotter that traces vector paths with coordinated motion control — every part designed from scratch, printed, and assembled.

  • Designed the complete mechanical system in Fusion 360; every part modeled, 3D printed, and assembled in-house.
  • Handled dimensional planning and fit across the full assembly, tolerancing printed parts and mounts so the motion mechanism, pen carriage, and electronics integrated cleanly.

Automatic Syrup Dispenser

STATUS: ACTIVE
Jan 2026 — Present · Team of 4
  • SIEMENS NX
  • ENCLOSURE DESIGN
  • ARDUINO

An Arduino-controlled syrup dispenser built for a local business, where the mechanical design had to package the electronics and bottles into an enclosure that stayed serviceable in daily use.

  • Designed the enclosure and a bottle-mounting system in Siemens NX, packaging the electronic components to measured specifications to guarantee fit and integration.
  • Worked the mechanical design around the Arduino control hardware so the dispensing mechanism, wiring, and housing came together as one assembly.

Interactive 3D-Printed Neil Armstrong Exhibit

STATUS: COMPLETE
AUG 2025 — DEC 2025 · Team of 4
  • EXHIBIT DESIGN
  • SOLIDWORKS
  • FABRICATION

A scale replica of the Neil Armstrong statue, reverse-engineered from a LiDAR scan and paired with an Arduino-driven interactive quiz built into its enclosure.

  • Modeled the statue in SolidWorks by reverse-engineering a LiDAR scan, producing print-ready geometry for both the model and its enclosure.
  • Designed and wired an Arduino-driven quiz system with tactile button inputs, red/green LED feedback, and audio playback via a DFPlayer and speaker amplifier circuit.

Local Business Website

STATUS: COMPLETE
AUG 2025 — DEC 2025 · Small Business Engineering Club
  • WEB
  • UI/UX
  • ACCESSIBILITY

A custom marketing site built for a local business through the Small Business Engineering Club — the page the owners actually hand to their customers.

  • Built with modern web frameworks, with attention to UI/UX and accessibility.
  • Shipped a consultation booking flow alongside click-to-call and email contact, on a responsive layout so customers can browse and book from a phone as easily as a laptop.
